2025-04-27 20:29:37 +0000 UTCWe have had a bit of Ostridge farming going on in Gotland so we bought kind of a flat stake to put on the grill. But i behaved very funny. Original one inch thick and the size of lik 4 male hands. then it after a minute on the grill it becam 2 inch thick and 2 hands big. WTF. So i took it off and sliced it with my file knife. But the same thing happened again. So two 2 inch thick pieces. I sliced them again and then finally it stopped. So i ended up with 4 pieces the size of my hand. But it tasted good, like rally dark beef.
