Don’t want to drag a guy for his looks, but the EV shill guys eyes are so strange to me. I have never seen a person who looks like that in my life. I can’t help but feel a little unsettled by them, like they’re not quite human. I wonder if he has some condition I’m not familiar with.

Not trying to pick on anyone but that dude is the ugliest hobbit i have ever seen in my entire life/previous life in Middle Earth lol.

Any follow up Winston from Shill King after you blew his “debunking” out of the water. I left him alone like you asked, but I hope he saw your video debunking his “debunking”….you obviously know what you are talking about which is why I follow you an Matt.

If we are talking about USSR and China, in short, the answer is mostly "yes", both were corrupt, politically top-heavy, inefficient, oppressive governments that cared little for individual people, where everyone from a young age was forced to idolize/follow the policies/teachings of the communist party, meaning little value was placed on personal freedoms, goals, desires, friends, family, religion, and so on. There was little communism in either country, but USSR definitely tried much harder, China was just a very poor attempt at a copy. Both were communist in the sense that no one could own land to start some business or factory. The state had ultimate power and only those people who obeyed blindly and fanatically could hope to have any kind of comfortable life. As far as money, because communism by design does not pay much, only enough to survive, corruption and bribery became commonplace. And the higher you are in the communist party, the more responsibility you are given which offers even greater opportunities for corruption and theft. People would figure out different ways to steal and scrounge to make money. The Russian oligarchs of today, all started at the collapse of the Soviet Union. In 1991, those high up in the communist government would gift to friends, large chunks of formerly state-owned enterprises for promises of future kickbacks and political support. So overnight, you would have people becoming part or full owners of various companies or factories, precious metal mines, oil fields, natural gas, steel foundry, or whatever. The billionaires of China today, also only started after 1990, but instead of becoming rich from owning former state property, they got rich from their close association with the CCP, giving them access to state contracts and state projects, preferential treatment in contracts, loans, permits, construction, laws, and legislation. All of which are used for personal benefit and advantage. Both the old Soviet Union, modern Russia, and China are incredibly corrupt, where regular rules and laws do not apply to those who are high up in the government/communist party. The USSR had a very strong educational system and offered college education to anyone for free. It was an extensive industrial society, by the 1960s, most people leaving the rural countryside to live in the city and work at some factory. After waiting on long lists, and influenced by your dedication to the communist party, most of the citizens in the city would receive a heavily subsidized apartment, along with subsidized utilities like electricity/phone/gas. The communist ideals meant that everyone had to have a job, earning a meager income, with most items subsidized by the state. Free food rations, public transportation, education, and so on. China only had a fraction of all those benefits, and even though a free 9-year education was mandated by the state for all children, many could not afford it because they were charged many fees for things like books, transportation, food, and so on. It wasn't until 1990 when China finally started to open itself up to the West, and starting about 1995 when people would, by the millions, move from the rural countryside to live and work in the newly developed and built cities. Because of the cold war between the US, the USSR was trying to spread its communist nonsense to as many countries as possible. And after going communist, those new governments were taught by the USSR to avoid the "Evil Capitalist West", to be self-sufficient, but because it is a failed system all of those new countries had to be supported financially, economically, politically, and militarily by the USSR. Countries like China, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, and many others, all of which suffered a serious blow when the USSR collapsed, losing their main source of support.

Q: Isnt China and Russia basically the same thing, both mafia state, both full of corruption, both controlled by a single group oligarchs and not a single bit of communism left

Robert Mahlzeit

A reaction to Peter zeihan's many claims about china would be very interesting, he's talked about it for over 10 years

Q: The President of El Salvador said the following regarding national GDP: "Suppose I gave you $1,000 to drink a glass of water. Then you gave me the same $1,000 to drink a glass of water. I've just added two jobs and $2.000 to the GDP". China's whole economy seems to be based on this kind of thinking. Why do you think so many influential people are falling for this if people at the ground level can clearly see the problem?

Panzerschr3ck

Q: Did the air quality from the Canadian wildfires effect your area, and if so, how would you compare the air quality from that to the air quality in China?

Plecoman

I dont understand that you say that the normal average chinese worker dont have holidays. I work in a company in China and every operator gets 10 days anual leave and the managers 15 days. Maybe because its a german company and its different in fully chinese companies?

klausberbel

Q: there are lots of news about natural disasters and people losing their homes. What happens to these people long term? Gov give them a place to stay or they are on their own?

Donkey Dong

I like triollz. Good video. Just saying. ShiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiT.

Steven Dilloway

Q: Can you sum up why EV’s (the batteries) are not sustainable? I already know it’s true, I just like the way you simplistically explain things!

Brigid92

LIFE is important, yes! I'm here for the entertainment; but also because I really appreciate these guys for putting so much on the line to spread v important information to the western audience. I want them to keep going and that involves not getting burnt out (I'm sure most ppl here agree!)

Dragunilla

Just wanted to give a word of encouragement. The comments above aren't overall positive. But I understand how hard it can be to maintain a business schedule when you have personal matters to attend to. We are here for you. Keep up the good work!

Adrian

Holy fuck that guys face. Shoulda gave a trigger warning before showing uncanny valley puppet eyes.

Kyle

Yeah it’s broken for me too

Clairètte83

Is it just me or is the video still showing live, trying to watch it and it keeps repeating the last 10 second of the video

WatsonFog

The fish eye lens oh my god

Dragunilla

Don't really like to degrade people's looks, but he actually does look like a troll....

Donkey Dong

A Watson

Clairètte83

Dragunilla

Dragunilla

Your parents are awesome!! I watched both interviews. Strong and real people.♥️

Jason Reynolds

Isn't the show always 2pm on Monday?

Johnny

Q: In your ridding video's, why do you use a gas can to fuel up instead of filling at the pump.

Jason Reynolds

Actually 3:17am my time is very very odd. The guys are always on at exactly 7am aest. Excuse me if I got used to consistency. I’m not here hating. I was one of those who asked for this episode specifically. And instead of getting to discuss it live as usual, looking forward to this chat specifically, now I get a rerun. Sorry. Shits me. I can’t be alone

Clairètte83

K. Odd time. Disappointing
