Sad that you guys did not mention Tainan... If you do tourism in Taiwan (and you remotely care about history or Chinese culture) you should go and visit it. Its the oldest city and here are some of the important temples and buildings from colonial time.

Has enough time passed that you can talk about it now? I think I remember one of you guys mentioning this in passing but I never really heard the actual story fleshed out.
