I have the title of Eel king. Meaning i was the champion of eating the most eel in an eel party in south of Sweden. 22 pieces of big eel and i also eat a head and a tail, not the bones but still. About 1 meter of eel in all. Second place was 16. My grandmother also had the title of eel queen but my father never been to such a party or we would have been 3 generations of eel royalty. I was praying to the big porslin good later that night because of all the fat, but i held it in and my son was conceived against bad odds the next day adding to the claim eel is good for fertility.

So after a couple of days i asked my Chinese colleagues what kind of mushroom it was, shiitake maybe? "mushroom? That is pig stomach" they answered me. I continue eating it but had a bit harder time of it. I learned not to ask what i was eating after that. I loved the food. I gained 2 kg in 2 weeks while my colleagues from Sweden lost about the same.

2025-01-18 22:11:59 +0000 UTCI agree about the sausage in China. But i had some other than this pink. It was mor gray and course cut pieces inside. The taste was really of rinsed meat like a Swedish sausage been left on the floor for 10 days and then kept in a freezer for 10 years. It was supposed to be the best sausage and my gf liked it but i could not muster it.
