Comic continues, but...

Tl;dr: Comic continues, new page already available for 10$+ supporters, continuing for everyone else soon. Also, comic planned too long, so starting page 18 we’re only coloring select boobs and butts every page, leaving the rest uncolored. Details below.

Heya folks, it’s been some time since the last update on your pal(s) Alcor. So, long story short - several months ago we’ve kinda put the Ponk comic on hiatus due to rising tensions in Russia (that’s where we’re from), as well as our wavering efforts to escape the country. We didn’t particularly want to pause it, but that comic is so bright, cheerful, and light-hearted (or at least tries to be so), that we couldn’t really keep working on it when the surrounding situation was anything but.

However!

Since then, Alcor actually succeeded in leaving the country! Or, well, a half of Alcor, anyway.

The “writer” guy - that would be me! - went ahead to the other side of the border and established a foothold, so to speak, for the artist guy to follow somewhere in the nearby future. Honestly, since we both were always very sedentary kinda people, that already feels like a huge accomplishment. So now with spirits lifted, we’re ready to continue the comic!

But.

The other issue with that comic is that it’s just so damn long (think DoP long)! After the previous couple comics that were short, simple, and to the point (the point being porn), here with the Ponk comic I suddenly realized that I wanted to put a whole buncha other stuff in it - like “comedy” and “story” and whatnot. I decided to go through with it even despite the fact that it’s maybe not quite what you guys would’ve liked to see, especially since we’re not exactly that good with all that complicated “non-porn” stuff.

So, anyway, the comic’s gonna be long. Long enough that making it at a pace of one page per week is completely unreasonable. Hence we decided to change something up:

Starting from page 18 (10$+ folks can go see it right now!) we’re only gonna be partially coloring the pages. Basically, when there are good, lewd parts with close-ups on sexy bodies and the like, we’ll try to shade and color it properly. And when there are more boring parts, like talking and moving the “story” along, we’ll be leaving those black&white, at a “good clean sketch” level. That should speed up everything tremendously, and we’ll be finishing with that comic before we die of old age, while hopefully also making it look good enough for you guys.

Ah, one more thing - because of hopefully faster release pace, 10$ supporters and above will now see 3-4 pages ahead of everyone else instead of 2. That only feels fair.
