Public update - Shuji awakens to a surprise

I thought I'd posted a version of this image before, but I can't see it anywhere on the feed. This is a new version anyway, so it shouldn't matter much.

This scene takes ages to render, by the way. I had to slice it up into little bite-sized chunks and render them separately to be able to do it without leaving my computer on for a whole day just doing this. This kind of image is one of the main reasons I need to upgrade my rendering hardware. I'm looking at the new RTX range of GPUs to build a new PC around, but I need to wait and see how they perform with Iray rendering and what the exact features are, plus I need to wait for Iray to be made compatible with them, before it'll be time to upgrade.

Here Shuji's awakening early on in the story to find a surprise ambush waiting for him in his new apartment! I actually suspect this scene may not be in the first demo, which will probably be just a day 1 experience, but it might come soon after that.

Do you have any ideas on what the ladies might want to talk to him about?
