tl;dr - LMO releases are coming soon, plus I've been working on AotNM in anticipation of preparing a release of that as well in the foreseeable future (maybe).

Coming up in the next update to LMO is the ability to do a couple of new sex acts in the cell. This is one of them. :)
Okay, so there were a load of pictures that I could have put in this update this week, but I wanted to avoid spoilers and repetition. I also felt like it would be good to have a Let Me Out pic this week. Seriously, there's heaps I'd like to show off right now, there's just a lot of little reasons why I can't with most of it. I will show some soon, though.
Let Me Out
LMO v0.3.1 (public release) and LMO v0.4.0 ($10 patron release) are both getting pretty close now. The public release will contain bug fixes, new responses and new clues beyond the 0.3.0 release. The 0.4.0 will have all of that, plus some more stuff that I explain below.
Finishing v0.4.0 really took a lot longer than I expected. While working on it I really felt that the next $10 version should have a considerable amount of extra content over the public release and I just wasn't particularly satisfied with how far along it was.
Although not all the planned sex options in the dungeon are implemented yet, you will finally be able to get the blowjob scene I've been planning to include (just wrote it the other day) as well as a couple of other things. There will also be two new endings, including one that makes the existing hardest-to-find ending a little easier to get.
I've added new hints/clues throughout the game to suggest paths, as well as a bunch of new responses and bug fixes. I've added new pictures and I redid the picture of the castle in the intro because it was crap. Now there's a cool, new castle to see.
It does start to feel like the game is turning into what I would like it to be now. There's still a lot of gaps in its responsiveness, but it's getting more and more complex, with more quirky and exotic endings to discover through your ingenuity.
PAL: Attack of the Nega Maids
I did a fair bit of work this week on the Hiroshi service scenes, writing and illustrating them, as well as developing some miscellaneous bits like images, researching new music to add to the soundtrack and doing a little bit of work for commissions. Plus I redid a few of PAL's older pictures to improve them with better lighting and textures. It doesn't feel like all that much to mention when summing it all up like that, but I do actually feel I did a fair bit of good work on AotNM this week.
My plan after the next LMO release is to shift focus a little to try and get an AotNM release out sometime reasonably soon, so some of this work should pay off fairly soon. I don't know exactly when that's coming, but I am trying to at least get a release of something out every month. I will still be working on LMO as well, of course, because there's still around 20 more endings we'll be wanting to add after 0.4.0, but I don't know how long those will take.
