tl;dr - A new alpha for PAL is out! Also, I'm traveling right now, but I've got a laptop so I can keep working on games while I'm on the move.
This week's image
Kenji, Fumi and Iku at the hot springs! You get no points for guessing that this is from the Fumi/Iku threesome scene. This is actually one of two blowjob options at this point in the scene and I think the choice is a pretty difficult, actually. I like this picture but I think the other one has a better picture. Meanwhile the other blowjob has good voice acting, but Sacci Salt (who plays Iku) does REALLY AMAZING blowjob performances.
Just a tip - with any Iku blowjob make sure to hang on and listen to the voice acting. Sometimes it might run on for a couple of minutes straight, with her adding kissing, licking, sucking, gagging, giggling, slurping, gulping and whatever else the scene calls for. Experience the whole thing - I insist.
PAL alpha v0.10.0
A new alpha already? Yes, why waste time? I decided that I could get a new version out with a new sex scene with relatively little delay this time, so that's what I've done. As I discussed last week I already had the next orgy scene playable and I was proud of my work so I figured I might as put the next alpha out.
As usual if you feel inclined to send me bug reports, beta testing impressions or maybe even transcripts (if you've been trying stuff that's not working, or something) by going into the menu and selecting 'start transcript'. Transcripts aren't as useful in this as they are for Let Me In, but if you're running into specific issues then they can be useful. Also save games from bugged parts of the game - those are useful to send me. But bug reports are the main thing.
Main changes in v0.10.0:
Masami voice acting
The first lot of Masami's voice lines arrived this week, so I'll be able to start working on building the Masami sex scene soon. (Hopefully.) Actually I've already done some of the programming for that scene, so I'm hoping it will fall into place reasonably quickly once I get going on it. I won't actually start doing this for a couple of weeks, however, as I need to get back in the country before I really can dedicate myself to that.
On holiday with my new laptop
I'm away from home for a couple of weeks. I don't know how busy I'm going to be on this trip but if it's anything like previous trips of mine I should get a little time to unwind in the evenings. This means I can use that time to work a little on the game. When I don't have a lot of time for game design I actually do find it pretty relaxing, so bringing my work with me as I travel seems like a win-win scenario to me.
Anyway, I mentioned a little while back that I was considering getting a laptop (at home I work on a desktop PC, which as a rule I prefer) and I did. It's just a cheap one, but it means I can now work on game development while traveling. It's one of those really light, mostly cloud-based ones but at least it's a Windows 10 machine.
I can't do image rendering, of course; that requires my graphics card rig at home. My system with its GTX 970 is pretty much just minimum system requirements for Iray rendering. (Although it does a good job.) Still, I can do quite a bit while on the go, as writing can be done easily anywhere and building the game in ADRIFT is also something that works just fine in a low-power machine. I can probably do some testing too. I'll be interested to see how the game runs on a much weaker machine.
This means I'll likely be a little slower to respond than usual but I'll still try to stay in touch whenever I've got wifi.
Any thoughts or questions? I'll respond to them even if it takes a little longer, just drop them in the comments!
