...Not that that's a particular achievement, since all AIF releases of 2015 are nominated, but it's still a big deal as far as I'm concerned. So far Pervert Action: Future is the only game I've made that ever won a game of the year award, and while I don't really expect to be in contention again until I release PAL I thought I'd at least drum up a little support. The usual voter base is so small that you guys could easily make the difference.
If you want to vote for the game then you can do so right now here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1WSd2nr_8oQ83ag7Lke6y9S9eV_AyqsmurdnkPaiJxQE/viewform?c=0&w=1
Or you could vote for my competition. I GUESS.
If you wanted to throw EFon a bone he's up for 'best new author' as well, and since he's a contributor to PAL and the broader Pervert Action universe (Pervertiverse? Perverse?) I feel loyalty and I'll be voting for him. I know he's up against some stiff competition but whatever, I'm still sticking by him.
EDIT: Oh, and if you'd like a suggestion on the Badman Lifetime Achievement Award, I think it's long overdue that A. Ninny should get it. He released some great games, organised the community for a long time and was probably the best beta tester (which was really important to us authors, even if players didn't really see his contribution in an obvious way).
The voting's open until the 7th of February, but there's no need to wait - it should only take a moment and you'll forget about it if you don't do it now. (I would, anyway.)
Back to business:
On a completely unrelated note I thought re-posting this particular image above might serve as a useful comparison with my more recent attempts to move Twyla into Iray. Do you think she's better in this earlier 3Delight style? I'm starting to think maybe she is.
If you have an opinion, or would like to chat about the Erins at all, please leave a comment below! (BTW there will still be a normal $5 tier update tomorrow as usual.)
