Opinions? Uncanny valley or not?
Added 2016-01-15 10:34:06 +0000 UTCI've been having a bit of trouble with this specific picture of Ai. Basically the early drafts were fine but when I re-rendered the image in Iray suddenly it looked very creepy and uncanny-valleyish. Ultimately I think it's an issue from a clash between her cartoonish features (and expressions) and the realistic skin texture.
I think I've improved it dramatically, but I'd appreciate opinions on whether I've actually succeeded or if it's still a problem. Thanks in advance! :)

Thanks everyone for the responses, you were really helpful! I'm going ahead with a picture that's very similar, just with very subtly adjusted finger positions.
