Right, well: First poll, 98 votes. 67 votes were for Red Head, that's 68% votes on Red Head so the vast majority. The remaining votes were split between the other 4 colors. Second poll, 5 options, 98 votes once again, 53 votes on the third skin tone which stands for 55%, the other 45% were divided by the other 4 options so again, majority. Third poll, 111 votes, 79 of them in the side bangs options. That's 71% of the votes on that option so, overwhelming majority. Voting might not always be the best option, it might not always bring majority, but in the cases at hand it clearly has and obviously reflects the wishes of the majority and that's all we can aim to please, the majority, can't please Greeks and Trojans.

Yes, someone will always feel "disappointed" but that's why we go to votes, to make sure the majority isn't. So far, the settings that are winning were already Jazz's default settings, meaning she kept the hair color and skin color she had already. This means that not only that looks the best for most, as people have got used to it already and want a diverse cast of main characters even though a few chose blonde (Evelynn's color) and a few chose blue (Luna's color). We could indeed let the player decide at the start of the game but the amount of work that might entail is something we don't want to approach with a 10ft pole. Not only was that a nightmare with Ayame already with far less options, we also have to consider animations on top of it now since all scenes will be animated, so no, that won't be an option, majority gets to choose, doesn't please me either sometimes, specially when it comes to governments x'D Hopefully the character is pleasant enough for you to still enjoy the game. ;)
