Fleeting Iris v1.15 Final

Hey everyone!

Here it is, what should be the final version of Fleeting Iris for quite a while. We hope to have fleshed out all of the bugs people have reported since 1.13 as well as a few others that we spotted on our own.

The biggest change for this one is the overhauled Save System and the ability to add a 30 character description to your save games to help you keep track of what saves are what.

This will pretty much wrap it up for Fleeting Iris and we should not make any more changes or additions to it. It's not everything we wanted it to be but I feel it was the best we were able to do at that point in time. Going back and editing it at this point just seems inefficient and that is why starting over and slowly produce Fleeting Iris Remaster/Remake is the only way to transform Fleeting Iris to what we believe it should have been from the start but we didn't have the knowledge or ability to do so. This will be a long and slow process since it's not a priority but we hope it's something to look forward to and a great improved experience every new patch.

The babysitter patch is almost finished and even though we got sidetracked a lot during the post-production because of other priority projects, it should come out in full glory next week for free on Discord. We are very happy with what we achieved and that version should be absolutely final with no need of later additions, we have no regrets when it comes to it.

As for the Christmas patch, our goal is still August. We made quite a few changes story wise to make it more exciting and entertaining and immersive to fully caption the spirit of Christmas, all of which will be revealed in next week's podcast but I will share with you guys a little something something to be excited for meanwhile, almost if not all of the Christmas patch scenes will be animated!

One of the biggest headaches we've had in the past few months was being able to replace our disappearing animator, not only for Journey Abroad but Blood Lust as well, and after a lot of time spent, a lot of interviews and honestly even people trying to scam us... we found not one but two amazing animators, well, potentially four but one is still in trial period and a fourth one although amazing, couldn't color so we might find other uses for him like animating sprites or battlers, we'll see!

Anyway, Christmas patch will be available on Patreon and Subscribestar in August and will be released for free combined with the rest of our "IF" project in our website for Christmas.

Once that's done, next step is putting out Journey Abroad and followed-up quickly by Bloodlust.

So far I'm glad to say all the dates we initially estimated 4 months ago are still very much the dates we plan to release the games so fingers crossed, nothing weird happens and we can keep producing with the speed and quality we've been able to do, so here's hoping this is the first of four amazing patches of four amazing games we'll be able to release in the span of two months, and it all starts now...
