Heaven Studios Weekly Podcast #43 - Christmas Blues

Hey everyone!

First and foremost, hope life is treating you well and you're all enjoying some healthy moments.

I'll try to make the best resume possible of the Podcast. Apologies for not uploading it here before but we were having a hard time trying to figure out how to add the automatic translation to the video which many of you requested.

13:45 - Podcast starts after some microphone issues. We start talking about some of the issues we've had to tackle as of late and why we haven't released the latest patch yet.

17:03 - We explain how FINALLY we came up with a RPG Maker VX Ace edit which allows everyone to play Fleeting Iris IF without having to release two different versions and provide a lot of troubleshooting and still have some people not be able to play it as well as never being able to alter the screen resolution, all of that is OVER. Now we will have only one version and everyone should be able to play it! A lot of testing was required for this to happen so we thank all of you who kindly provided their time to test the new system <3

27:20 - Fleeting Iris Remaster announced. Should come out either on RPG Maker MV or in the new system with a much higher resolution, a lot of re-written dialogues and generally improved system. Some scenes that are not animated should be in the future and it will have voice acting right from the start mostly for hentai scenes.

40:55 - We share the sad news where our CG team (Muku and TigerLyla) got evicted from their house because the owner wanted the house for his father so he can just legally give them a week to leave in the Philippines apparently, so they had to put an halt in all progress and are going through switching houses out of nowhere and right now all we can do is be supportive and hope they sort this whole situation out soon.

With that said, we explained that on December 20 we will release whatever we have available for the Christmas patch, put it on pause, do an intermission and in January we will release what's left from the Christmas patch in order to avoid missing the Christmas patch altogether again. It's sub-optimal but, I'm sure everyone understands this decision in light of what's happening to the CG team.

46:50 - We explain where we're at in Journey Abroad progress and why Scarlett was unable to work on our game for almost 2 months.

Other than that, we're just answering questions and discussing stuff with our supporters for the rest of the podcast.
