That will be entirely up to the player to download or not at their own risk.

Now you might though want to have the option to nitpick what parts of the dlc to actually activate in the game. For those on high horses. Be it an actual option screen or a split up download)

Sadly, some fetishes as "living clothes" or "futa" might be saved for the second game (I can imagine this evil girl with a penis taking advantage of our poor MC's) or the third game in the case of living clothes, but that's an awesome idea!
