New Patrons will be charged on the day they become Patrons. Let's say you pledged on a the 10th of this month, you will have access until the start of the next month which will require a new payment.
Increasing Pledges - only the difference will be charged.
Decreasing Pledges - new amount will be charged at the start of the each month.
Chapters location- everything is hosted on my site (https://bcatranslation.com/) while this Patreon page isn't really used other than formality and transaction exchanges.

I'm not quite sure either. After checking my mailbox, i think there may have been some issue from Patreon when you made the transaction pledge.
