2017-09-23 08:51:24 +0000 UTC1 looks the most natural, 2 would make sense if she was tagging along for the fancy dinner, and 3 though a good middle ground and could work depending on what she has underneath the jacket. Can't help hoping 3 is worn later when she is comfortable wearing nothing underneath and willing to let the MC take a peak.
