You have to pick all of the sexual options when presented with them (ie, grabbing her butt on the roof in an early scene) then one of the last scenes will have you decided whether to try and get back with her after you break up or not. If you say yes then you get the neutral ending. If you say no then you get this bad ending. Hope this helps! Any other questions feel free to message me!
