I know the tail isn't something described in the books, so you can feel free to head-canon her without it, but I really like it as nod to Valera's feminine side despite being an absolute BAMF on and off the field.
Also, look forward to a small special thing next week! I'm going through and improving my tracking of Galens Institute details, and I thought it would be neat to share some of it.
