I thought I'd be able to get 41 done for yall by today, but the first week of the year is nuts for Wraithmarked as we prep for everything we have coming and I just never found the damn time I'm sorry. This weekend is no better, so I think it's probably going to be a gap week.

Sure you also want to have qualified people under you. But those key leadership meetings need to have the boss there to set the direction for the upcoming quarter/ year.

I just watched my son get his masters and he waited until the last minute for every major paper and project which I know is mentally stressful in its own right. It always works out in the end no matter what. It’s just as his parent I was hoping for a fun stress free ride to his degree instead of a stressful on. My son always says don’t worry about me I have it handled it will all workout. However the parent in me still worries for him.
