$100 goal and funding updates!

Since we've reached the $100 goal, I'm going to start working on the first project, which acquiring, scanning, and cleaning the first manga for this, Rape Blossoms by Hagio Moto. Of course, given how busy I am, this is going to take a while, but I wanted to keep in touch with everyone so there is no confusion as to where I am with this.
I will have the October Patreon Notes PDF shortly within the coming week.
Community Grant?
On another note, since you are all backing my channel, I want to run an idea by y'all. I'm interested in devoting a small percentage of the Patreon proceeds into running a small grant (?) to help others get anime analysis research off the ground. Given that books and material costs are much higher for anime analysis videos, I'm thinking of devoting 10-15% of funding to go into a jar and then, after an (as of now) undetermined period of time, to donate it either to charity or to a video project by another content creator.
Of course, this only happens if I get a unanimous Okay from everyone. This is, after all, your money that you are entrusting to me, so I don't want anyone to feel like anyone's donation has been 'wasted' on another channel or video. I am just interested in giving back and helping grow the Youtube analysis community however I can, so I'd love to get your thoughts on this - please leave a comment!
