CloudBox Arcade Update v1.2

In case you're new, the first release post is here so go read that first.
This new version fixes some issues and improves the options UI/UX.
Updated instructions, please read the TUTORIAL.
Please test it and let me know if there's any issue.

I also created a new OPTIONAL app for games notifications (ENG and SPA), basically it notifies you when a new game is being hosted in case you want to join (check readme file).
