The Magistrate’s justice is swift, for the lucky few who die resisting arrest. For the rest, justice moves at the Magistrate’s chosen own pace. Squalid cells, starvation, beatings and leg breaking interrogations welcome prisoners. Crucifixion, boiling, flaying and drowning are some of the ways the Magistrate bids sayonara. Of course, nobles can get redemption with a swift beheading to end their seppuku.

As an added torture, the sounds of music, laughter and feasting can be heard as the Magistrate entertains wealthy and important guests in luxurious accommodation within the compound. A round of executions is often the highlight of a night at the Magistrates’.

This is our Samurai Magistrate’s Offices set. Made at the suggestion of an insightful patron. 12 maps all up with interior and exterior versions. Variants include day, night, winter, post pox abandoned, inferno and winter. A setting of law and order, or whatever your party does when it runs into authority.
