Deep in the wilderness, the shrine to the Fox is well maintained and year-round has fresh offerings. Many offerings are just to stay on the good side of the Fox, others though are left by those who know the ancient secrets and use the shrine to send messages across the realms, faster and more securely than any courier.

We used the Inari legend as the inspiration for this map. A simple quest, the players had to reach the shrine deep in the woods to send important messages. Of course simple quests rarely are and the final battle around the shrine while trying to send the messages was great. Players being players they returned to the shrine many times and it became their post office in the woods.
