Happy VEDIM! (sort of)

So good news and bad news. The good news is I have been writing music most every day since I posted my video announcing I'd be doing VEDIM. The writing for the next project (EP?? album?? undecided so far) is coming along and I feel really excited about it! I'm on a roll and don't want to quit! The BAD news is all those days I spent writing? I had planned to spend filming for VEDIM. S O that means I won't be doing a video every day next month. I don't want to abandon it completely though so instead I am going to do two videos a week, leaving lots of time to finish writing. Hope you like this first video! Some of my most FAQs about writing music!

Hello good night everybody. How are you? Do you patrons and follow me? Please!

1. You do you! Glad you're songwriting is going well 2. Q: So I have pushed myself to actually play an original song once at a house (and I'm oddly glad that I did it) but obviously nerve wracking etc... and I generally write music, but keep it to myself as i like having it for myself 🤷‍♀️ (not much of a 'performer') I don't know just curious if you know people like that or any thoughts really. Like, at times, I think I should practice more and be better and perform, and other times, i think I should keep everything to myself and keep it simple.. (also, 'performing' isn't my 'trade'/calling/job, 'just' a hobby) Anyway, just curious your thoughts and no worries if you're to busy to respond obviously.

Glad to hear that! I wasn't sure if the stage advise would land because although I was nervous when I started, I was DEFINITELY eager and excited to do it to so I was talking a little out of my expertise in that field.

Imposter syndrome! Direction and useful tools sounds so crucial and there are definitely constants within all art, but most often more unique variables to notice. It's a great model for all forms of creativity. Everything we create can't be remarkable, but it can be good. Your question approach to stage fright gets to the core fear and it reminds me how enough performances can make a stage feel like a home. I also love how you wrapped up! It reminded me to just enjoy myself as much as possible in what I create.

This was SUPER GREAT. I looooove it when artists delve into their creative process! I don't write music at all but this inspired me to do more of my own stuff, heck yeah! Thanks!

"How do I not be nervous of things?" Existential dread should cover that up.

"And... you will die and in a few 100 years no one will remember you and nothing matters SO." That knocked me so far back I lost my breath laughing. Did not expect that. HAH

Super interesting. I keep seeing things that are inspiring me to write music again recently, and this is certainly one of them, so thank you!
