Added 2021-07-04 08:01:54 +0000 UTCEveryone here is very excited because on Monday the elusive BeanFish food truck will be parked near the Mailbox where we get our postal service. This means we'll get to eat Taiyaki, which is a rare treat and so much fun!
I have two Taiyaki pans, one that makes regular size fish and one that makes tiny ones, but I don't pull them out that often, and obviously BeanFish is better.
I'm getting this done early because here in the USA it's the time for Fourth of July celebrations, and we will be grilling food in the hot sun like proper USAdians.
Heh.
Please don't burn the place down, everybody. No rain is due for at least a week out.
