Today I thought it would be fun to post early and show you all Monday's page before it gets its colors. I'm also including the original panel one, which Phil re-drew for me because I looked at it and said "but that's not what I described at all!" I should really learn to draw again, so I can sketch out what I think the blocking should look like. Trying to get it across via interpretive dance doesn't seem to work well.
This page hasn't even been cleaned, this is the raw scan dropped into the Illustrator file. Phil tidies the line art in Photoshop, and then it goes to Cheyenne who does the lovely colors. In the meantime, I try to get it lettered as soon as possible.
When Cheyenne gives me the colors I'll post the full page in this entry, and leave the pencils so you can see both. If you folks like it, I can do this more often. It will give me an excuse to get my work done sooner.
