Girl Genius Comic for Wednesday, November 18, 2020, and a Hidden Dragon

(Edit: fixed the typo.)

So...I think the problem with the site is repaired, but I'm not 100% sure. I'm going to leave this post locked for Patrons Only, and see if I hear from anybody. I'll open it up again if it looks like we still have work to do.

I've attached a secondary piece tonight, Phil has drawn another dragon. He's a little hard to spot. I think this one is an interesting color challenge, and I'm excited to see what Cheyenne does with it. I'm sure it'll be amazing.

Last night I got my new computer guts installed, and didn't brick anything! Photoshop and Illustrator are now running faster. Not certain, but I think my blood pressure has also gone down a bit as well. Slow computers are infuriating.

The Dog Midna is feeling much better, and the infection is going down. The vets aren't sure about the "mass," it might be cancerous, it might not. Either way, it's really gross, and the bandages keep falling off. Yech. She'll go see her regular vet once we're done with the course of antibiotics the vets at the emergency room prescribed. I'm pretty hopeful, all things considered. Poor old lady.

Thinking of dogs brings me to Wolfenoot, a holiday I learned about recently. The parent of its young inventor describes it as: "A holiday to the spirit of wolves that celebrates people who are kind to dogs."  I, too, can get behind this. It's charming and I'll link the info here so you can go read up on it. I'll be making a full moon cake. Thank goodness a full moon cake is easy. It's round and has white frosting. No fancy stuff to mess up.

And that's all I have for you tonight! I hope you're all having a lovely, cozy evening.

Until next time--
