One issue I have with Clone Hero is how playing a bit sloppier can still get you full credit for hitting notes. By default, YARG has a much tighter timing window with no infinite front end to hit notes early. This tighter timing feels like the classic games and it's a huge nostalgia rush for me.

YARG inspired me to nail some rough solos and remind myself how much I can slay. Here's to inspiring folks to check this out and pushing them as well.
