Hi CJ I've just joined your Patreon and just seen this as I'm trawling through for stuff not available on yt. Don't worry too much about Acts and Statutes, they aren't Law (nor Lawful) and their jurisdiction is only in commerce. I know this seems strange to understand but it's true and I'd be happy to explain further sometime. An easier way to understand if something is unlawful is does it have a verified victim...such as with theft, harm, fraud etc.
