Saki going for her first operation

Hi Everyone! A quick Announcement:

As you might have noticed, the previous futanari surgery post was unfortuantely removed due to me not having cencored Saki's futa cock....

Whilst it pains me, having to do this, I will of course try to get it back up, that time with proper cencorship aplied (I have no experiecnce with that, so I'll have to figure it out)

I will try to add black bars that obstruct the overall picture as little as possible, but I'm unsure with how much I can get away here and would like to play it safe.

For now I already have some images of Saki being put to sleep for said surgery at the ready to treat my dear supporters to :D (Thank you so much!)

So I'm using this opportunity to put this whole thing in order.

So here is a bit of Saki before she even gets to set foot in the OR:

At Home

"Lookin real good today. Those folks at the hospital won't know what hit them."

"Saki, sweetie! Come get in the car, your surgery is today, sweetie. You're gonna be late!"

"M-Mom!! I said I'm taking the train!!"

"Should I pack you some lunch?"

"They said I can't eat!"

Surgical Patient Changing Room

"I really need to take off my stunning outfit as soon as I get here huh? Maybe I should have seen that coming. Now I have to go and put on some stinky patient gown they gave me. The lady at the reception was really nice tho. I hope I came off confident enough, I certainly tried..."

"Wait...Why would I want to take off my bra? T-They didn't give me a replacement one, right? That would have been embarrassing if I just undressed comepletely and walked out naked."

"And after all, this way I get to impress everyone with my pretty underwear."

"Yeah, I really love this set. You can't even really see my buldge if you look from the front. I think this look is more than presentable for the operating table. They'll ceratinly be blown away! Now I just gotta take off any jewelry and put the gown and bracelet on. I think that's what she said...I can't remember actually..."

"So it closes like this?..."

"Hospital style, huh? Doesn't look too bad actually. Plus, it feels surprisingly silky and comfy, I'll give them that. But those stockings are really squeezing my legs. They must have handed me the wrong size. Jeez."

"It kinda feels like I'm going to a spa with this. And I'll be the center of attention for all those doctors and nurses. I actually can't wait for them to see me."
