36 year old, Destiny Adams anxiously undergoes the pre-operative process until being greeted by her anesthesiologist.

The operation was a success and routinely the anesthesiologist had been reducing Nishi's dosage, so the girl would be returning from her deep slumber, just as they were all done on her.
However when the doctor was expecting a sign that she could start extubating her patient, she got no response. Despite any anesthesia having been stopped half an hour ago, Nishi was laying there as still as ever, only the the ventilator making her chest rise and fall. It seems her body was unable to deal...

This a little re imagening of Kaori Miyazono's surgery, from Your Lie in April. I did this a while ago just for fun and didn't feel comfortable putting it out since:
A: It felt a little strange to just shamelessly butcher a great show xD
B: The Kaori model I used isn't originally by me.
C: It's not perfect.
