Virtual Motion Capture v0.57r1

Good evening.

December 20 was my birthday. Thank you all for your birthday wishes and replies.
This year, I have been busy with my work (mocopi), and with the birth of my daughter, I have been busy with childcare.
This will be the last release before the end of the year. I hope to see you all again next year.

This is the release of the latest version of Virtual Motion Capture.
This is a stable version that fixes bugs in the previous version.

v0.56r1

[VMCProtocol]
- Allow to receive all the bones of the body.
- Multiple receivers can be added freely.
- Enabled to select data to be received
- Send timing is one frame faster
- Enabled forward direction calibration with /VMC/Ext/OK status when receiving only hands

[Motion]
- Virtual bones are added to allow free combination of motion
- Motion synthesis is now supported by moving IK with virtual bones
- Changed IK processing timing
- Bones with default values can now be ignored.

[mocopi]
- Fixed problem with disabled configuration files not working properly after loading them
- Fixed rotation offset during calibration

[Other]
- SteamVR can now be selected to start automatically on startup.
- Fixed problem with transparency not being applied at startup/loading settings
- Fixed an issue where the control panel may not close when exiting the main screen
