BTS: Creating Beautiful AI Muscle Girls

I got a comment to my last AI muscle girls: "These are getting better with time."

Instead of answering directly, I thought, I make a Behind The Scenes post, explaining what it needs to get there, And I think many of you will be surprised.
First of all, I have now 2 years of experience creating AI muscle girls,

Second, believe it or not, what I show here, are just the best 1 or 2%: My PC runs many days a month, with huge power consumption ( at its max), with most expensive consumer Graphics adapter you can get, Nvidia RTX 4090, 24 GB VRAM), and produces many thousands of muscle girl images,

I handpick the best ones out of these thousands, and new, I let these handpicked images run again specialized (took me long time to get it right) through a new AI process., to achieve a noticeably greater detail resolution. Still my Graphics Adapter is the limit.
It all runs local.
