Don't worry too much about what viewers might say. I get it. FYI - season 1 was filmed on a VERY small budget. It's crazy how little money they had. Jared and Jensen didn't make much money in the first season, and didn't go up much for the next couple seasons. They eventually started making really good money, but SPN was chronically underfunded for the type of show it was. Three deaths - maybe IMBD counted Mary's "death". Her second death, I guess. Kripke has said that he wanted each episode to be like a mini scary movie. You guys are so lucky that you're able to pause and replay scenes. I watched the show in real time and there was no DVR'ing or streaming back then. So it took me a while to catch some things during re-watches. One thing I like about this show is how deceptively complex and deep it can be, while also giving us some lighter stuff.
