After coming home from kindergarten, he excitedly told his sister that the teacher had asked everyone to dress up as their favorite animal. Most of the kids had chosen cats or dogs, but he wanted to be a bit different, so he said he wanted to be a fox. Hearing this, his sister immediately gave a mischievous smile and offered to prepare a "special" outfit for him.

The next day was the dress-up event. Early in the morning, his sister pulled him over to the dressing table and said, "Alright, being a fox isn't something you can pull off casually. You need to do it seriously." She took out a fluffy purple fox ear headband, skillfully parted his hair into sections, clipped them in place, and used a curling iron to add soft waves to his short hair. She even picked out a big pink bow and attached it to the headband, making him look even cuter.

Then, she opened her makeup bag, took out a palette of light pink blush, and gently dabbed it onto his cheeks. She followed up with some pink lip gloss to add a bit of color to his lips. Taking a step back, she carefully examined his face and smiled. "Perfect. Now you've got that foxy charm." He nervously touched his face and asked quietly, "Isn't this too much?" His sister immediately patted his shoulder and said confidently, "Not at all! Everyone's going to love it!"

Next came the outfit. His sister pulled out a pink knitted cardigan from the wardrobe, paired it with a white blouse, and tied a burgundy ribbon around the collar. For the bottom, she chose a dark blue plaid skirt that looked both sweet and lively. She handed him the clothes and gestured for him to change. Once he was dressed, his sister immediately twirled him around in front of the full-length mirror and said, "Something's still missing."

She took out a pair of pink sneakers and handed them to him, along with a pair of socks in matching pastel pink and lavender. She instructed him to put them on, even insisting that one sock should be pulled up a bit higher while the other should be left loosely scrunched for a playful look. After he put on the shoes and socks, his sister carefully adjusted the hem of his clothes. Then, she pulled out a large, fluffy purple fox tail from behind her and tied it around his waist. The tail matched the headband perfectly and added the final touch to the outfit.

Finally, she stuck a few cute cartoon band-aids on his knees and calves, as if this mischievous little fox had just returned from an adventure. Stepping back, she admired her work and said, "Alright, now you're the perfect little fox girl." He looked down at his entire outfit, feeling a little shy, but his sister's enthusiasm was contagious, and he couldn't help but smile a little.

The next day, she went to kindergarten dressed in the outfit his sister had so carefully prepared. Along the way, she couldn't shake the feeling that people were looking at her, but she kept her head down and walked quickly. At the kindergarten, when the teacher and other kids saw her, they all exclaimed, "So cute!" Even the usually rowdy kids ran over to gather around her, marveling at how pretty her tail was. Although she still felt a little embarrassed, she gradually started to enjoy it. Being a fox girl, it turned out, wasn't so bad after all.
