Notes on pledges / refunds for those who joined late in September

As mentioned on Discord, we understand the timing and announcement of the Kaeru Duel Beta release may have led to some confusion for new Patrons, as Patreon bills you both upfront when pledging, and from there, every month on the 1st.
Originally we were planning to release the Duel beta in the first week of October to avoid this situation, but we were super excited to get it out to you, leading to some slight organisation issues internally, and we apologise for any lack of clarity on this.
Refunds -- message us by 7th October if you want one
If anyone who pledged within the last week of September would like us to refund their September payment, since Patreon would have billed you both on sign up and again on October 1st / 2nd, we are happy to do this for you as we understand it kind of sucks to be charged a full month's pledge for just a few days.
Please message us by the 7th of October (when we next withdraw our balance -- refunds are more difficult after then) and we'll sort that for you. This won't affect your benefits in any way, and your pledge continues as normal from the October billing cycle.
