Currently I run a playlist of 2 subs with gamma booster in between each sub while I sleep, playing on silent mode with volume turned between 40-50%. I’m a light sleeper, sounds and light will keep me awake, thus most likely I can’t play them on max volume even if on silent mode

But I suggest you to put the volume to the maximum (it will work even if you can hear the affirmations really well) because your brain will have to produce more energy to be able to hear the affirmations. You will have slower results if it’s too silent. If you want speed results, listen to a subliminal for better hearing (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dCN_oQHJKDSp-W5eUy-zn6zfOiIp-a38/view?usp=drivesdk from Luminalplay) and one to have more energy.
