Hello Patrons,
Jordan is a very excited boy today, but why?
It's because he's talking about a few of the good things Labor have already done after taking office. We're starting with the breaking news from earlier today that the charges against Bernard Collaery are being dropped.
If you've been following previous videos where we covered the situation regarding the Howard government bugging the East Timor cabinet and the whistleblowing situation surrounding it you'd know that this is huge news. It's a big step in the right direction for protecting whistleblowers in this country.
Anyway, we hope you enjoy the video. Next week we've got two very interesting followups to videos from last year scheduled. We're sure you'll enjoy them.

2022-07-13 19:27:21 +0000 UTCWe are so cruel to whistleblowers. It’s horrendous. Someone contemplating telling the truth has to also face the end of life as they knew it. How many have died fretting their life away, escaping the pain and humiliation. I’d like to see a process that’s been thought through. It’s the opportunity to do better. Not the death of an organisation.
