It's about dang time I got around to covering the sequel after all these years.

Clearly :) That's a pretty fun game in its own right too though

LGR

It really is baffling, haha

LGR

Thank you!

LGR

No problem :)

LGR

I really hope so, I'd love to hear more about this!

LGR

Thanks!

LGR

Aw yeah. One STD wasn't enough.

LGR

I really have no idea! This was released in 2000, and there were several open world games for kids by then, especially in the Lego series like Lego Island.

LGR

Dude, me neither! It really surprised me

LGR

I'm with you there. I don't mind when it's an optional "vs the clock" mode, but when it's the ONLY thing? That gets old fast.

LGR

Clearly the Stunt Track Driver games have nothing in common with Stunt Track Challenge from 2004!

Caleb Bott

I remember playing this one a lot and never understood why they didn't use the 3d engine in the main game either. It's pretty good and ran well enough at the time. ahh well.

Banjo Guy Ollie

Incredible to think that they've hid an entirely different game in the track editor. Great video, as usual!

Dominik Wagner

500 hours of AOL....hahahahaha...thanks for brightening my day

I know some devs of the games you reviewed have commented on the videos. I wonder if any one of them will come across this video and offer some insight on why the Custom Stunt track has full 3D graphics then the rest of the game.

Cyberian Tiger

Great shot you ended it on.

Hot Wheels: STD 2!

The open world track editor looks like it'd have been some serious fun. Why the heck couldn't they have built a game out of that indeed… maybe it was something a little too advanced for kids to get their heads around? :(

Rob Caporetto

Uh, wow. Was never expecting the open world side mode to show up... wow.

Curus Keel

I always hated how racing games had timers… Most of them anyway.
