We hardly knew ye, 2025.
First things first, you are cordially invited to an amiibo™ Smash Bros. tournament tomorrow at 7 PM Eastern on our Twitch. Our two best Smash Players, Justin and Kevin, will be taking their hands off of the controller to reach into jars to extract amiibo. Then making them fight to see who wins. You will want to be there. "No, I don't." You thought to yourself just now.
No.
You do.

You do.
Less importantly, we wanted to thank all of you who have spent even a moment with us in 2025. crub is basically us turning our hangouts into Content in our modern capitalist hellscape, but we're grateful that it's entertaining you and helping to distract you from whatever you need distraction from. Even if sometimes you feel you need distraction from us (ChatGPT meatball says "Hello").
2026 will mark 3 years of crub. We don't have anything planned, and if you asked any of us which day in May is our formal anniversary...well, we'd probably need a few minutes to look at our YouTube and then still not feel sure about it. Still, we have a lot of fun doing what we do and we're confident that next year we'll be able to double down on doing it. Maybe we'll even be able to get a Mario Party going again, finally? Well, let's not get carried away...
All that to lead to saying it directly, thank you. Everything in the world wants your time all the time now, so the fact that you give us some of yours is appreciated. And yes, we are enjoying that you are reading this sincere remark right after seeing Joker Persona in a jar.
If you haven't seen, we've been putting out some Shorts lately based on clips you submitted to our contest a while back. We've also been sharing them to TikTok and Instagram. If you want to ruin your algorithm on those websites too, please feel free to follow us there.
We'll have one little extra holiday present for those of you who aren't crubscribers, check back in a few days as we unseal The Horse Bracket from our crub vault. It should stay sealed, but you can't keep a good horse down.

It's almost 2 hours long.
Yeah.
Uh. I've already typed all the sincere stuff, so I'm not sure how to end this. Happy holiday? One last gift, this coming Crubcast is a nearly 2 hour long talk on Metroid Prime 4: Beyond.
