Those Who Wait - the Breakup

Lori Prince as Sutton Spencer
Quinn Riley as Charlotte Thompson
and the amazingly British Marisa Calin as Sutton's inner monologue
Watching them act out this breakup scene live was... extraordinary. Truly, beyond my wildest dreams. Not only are these women incredibly talented narrators, but also actors. Seriously, they had the audience in tears. (I almost wish I could be a playwright)
I had such a great time this week. Honestly, I was so nervous and apprehensive leading up to this, but I had such an amazing time. Not only is Lori soooo fucking awesome (cannot believe! She identifies us as FRIENDS now), but so were all of the narrators we pal'd around with. To the point that we are planning to go to NYC to hang out with them, again.
I even got to meet some of you!! Which was fucking great.

2024-11-30 20:09:12 +0000 UTC3rd act breakups hurt so much. Listening to these 3 narrators,I just wanted to give them a hug lol! Oh what a joy this was. I wish I saw this live. Iโll definitely be on the lookout for more of Quinn, Lori and Marissaโs work. Such amazing performers!

2024-10-21 21:23:18 +0000 UTCWhen we came up with a "theme" for the event, we decided to do "Make ups, breakups, and the happily ever after hour" - so they did a reading of breakups one day, and makeups the next. I, unfortunately, did not have the vantage point on makeups to be able to record. In a way, this breakup is a lot more exclusive material lol. A lot more people came to the makeups reading, but only like 5 people attended the breakups reading (hence, why I could get such a good spot)
