It meant that Liara could always go undercover to personally get info and no one would suspect they were with the Broker herself. they definitely didn't suspect her when she joined the dancers on stage, and her identity was safe when the DJ announced that they would touch the dancers...among other things.
For once she was able to relax and enjoy her night instead of worrying about the info encrypted to her omnitool and the club patrons made sure Liara and her fellow asari were able to enjoy a good dicking before the club closed in a few hours.
