It's my in-story explanation for why Hashirama became such complete bullshit, when his thing as Asura's reincarnation was supposed to be 'power of friendship' instead of personal might. It goes back to the end of Chapter 8, when Hanzo gets an idea that what he did to his body could be done 'from the other direction' via sage mode at zero chakra for a year. Basically, in this story, the Uzumaki did kinda what Hanzo did via sealing, but on other people and from the other direction, and Hashirama was their greatest creation (thus the Hashirama Cell / Anami Cell contrast).
