Added 2015-12-26 00:44:06 +0000 UTCTwo more busts from the requests flowing in through my boyfriend's Patreon, representing two very different takes on the legacy of Janet Pym. On the left is Janet Pym II, drawn using my girlfriend Olivia as a loose reference. She's the daughter of Hope van Dyne and the granddaughter of Janet van Dyne from an MCU-based story; accordingly, she's done up in the style of the costumes seen in Ant-Man. I actually took bits and pieces from the art book for the movie to create xyr costume. On the right is Dawn van Dyne from a Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Marvel comics crossover story; accordingly, she's based off of Michelle Trachtenberg. Using the codename 'Hornet', her costume is a minidress derived from the outfit that her mother was wearing when she died at the end of Secret Invasion... although the story diverges before then and so Janet is still alive and buzzing.
