Oh. My. Days! This was something else guys! That huge fight scene was INSANE! Props to everyone involved making that masterpiece. It's been 24 hours since I watched this episode and I am STILL shook and lost for words. I didn't expect that twist with Kwon and it left me speechless with a heavy heart. He was just a kid, one that needed better guidance, nurturing and bringing down a peg or two - he didn't deserve this. Kreese taking the blade to the tourney was so stoopid! The shock and sadness on everyone's faces will stay with me. Is the last part available yet??? No??? Ok...
We go back to The Expanse while we wait.

Hi Dak, just now I see your reaction to this episode, but I can tell you that the image that you see when they are training is a mix, there is Barcelona, but the scene of the bridge and the town that you see (and you ask) is in the province of Girona (where I am from, actually I am from Figueres, better known as the birthplace of Salvador Dalí), and the medieval-style town that can be seen in the series is Besalú, so beautiful. The last scene is Sant Miquel del Fai Monastery, in the Sant Llorenç del Munt natural park, and back to Barcelona. Ooh, and by the way, just a detail as Catalana, the scene in episode 6x07 with Sensei Wolf speaking "Catalan", I have to say that it is absolutely impossible to understand what he says... although an appreciated detail and funny 😊

2025-02-27 00:30:36 +0000 UTCThanks for the shoutout Dak! Well, as you said, it did top 6x09 and I'm glad I made that comment. A chaotic, multi-dojo brawl that goes on for what, 10 minutes? I can't even imagine how long it took to choreograph and shoot that scene. I was glad there was that little break with the scene between Kreese and Silver because my heart was racing. I'd really like to know why Kreese brought the knife to the tournament; perhaps I've forgotten something from the previous episode, but obviously it was meant to be used against Silver. Kwon was always an arrogant asshole with ridiculous hair, but I would never hope for anyone to die. On the flipside of that, he was going to use that knife on someone; as they say, "karma's a bitch". I'm glad I let you know about the next set of 5 episodes because yes, this would have been a shit series finale. Next episode: February 13, 2025. Just finished your Lucifer reactions (again) and am now going to rewatch your Supernatural reactions (again). God help me! Thanks Dak! Hope you enjoy your time off in January!
