I can’t remember if I told you, I bought Zinc! I do find it helps me for sure. I have an auto immune disease so I get sick a lot and I feel like I’ve not been sick as often since taking it. I just need to remember to take it daily! I really hope you feel better soon. Turmeric is supposed to help with inflammation, it could help with your tummy? Might be worth a google.
