I AM NOT OKAY! The way the writers trolled me with that false death dream was too much guys!!! My heart didn't cope well at all. Great ep though yet again... Loved seeing Wu trying to wrap his head around the Wessen world. Rosalee's heart breaking at the realisation that Monroe had been taken just BROKE me. Plus the info that Viktor is heading to Portland with Adalind?! It's all going on.

2023-08-22 16:00:32 +0000 UTCPosting this here in addition to the most recent Cobra Kai comments section since it applies to both 🙂 Now that you’ve officially seen the reintroduction of Terry Silver played by Thomas Ian Griffith I can talk about the little Cobra Kai/ Grimm connection I alluded to a few weeks ago. Thought you might appreciate it since you’re watching both shows. Thomas Ian Griffith had stopped acting altogether I think after a certain point, until his return in Cobra Kai. But during the intervening years he had been doing a lot of writing. One of the shows he wrote for was Grimm - and he actually has the writing credit for the most recent episode you watched (4x9 - wesenrein). I happened to notice it a little while ago when I watched that episode ahead of you and realized you were going to hit that episode of Grimm in the same week you hit the season 3 finale of Cobra Kai when they essentially reveal that Kreese is calling silver for help. Hopefully I’m not the only one who thinks it’s an interesting link! 😊😊

2023-08-19 18:35:59 +0000 UTCIt´s a way´s off until you finish Grimm, but since you brought up what to watch after it, I just want to suggest iZombie already. It´s not quite the same vibe, but it´s pretty good in my opinion, and also fits the same genre as Lucifer or Grimm, as in being a supernatural crime solving show.

I planned on doing a Dakathon by watching Angel, Grimm, and Buffy tonight, but I can't handle another emotional episode, which Buffy 6x20 certainly is, no doubt about that. I read your comments before watching and got spoiled a bit with the dream Juliette had but yeah that was intense. I did laugh a tiny bit because I don't recall you being so shocked that you rolled your chair back. It's funny, because when you started Grimm, I was afraid you'd give up somewhere during S1, which is what I did back then. But my God, each season gets better and more intense. WU IS AWAKE. Thank you Jesus, I've waited almost 4 1/2 seasons. Once he got sobered up, he was all in and cool with it. I was afraid that Renard was going to say, ''By the way, I'm Wesen too" and voge out. Dude, you're terrifying. Weird historical thing of interest to probably nobody: In the warehouse or whatever it was where they were holding Monroe, the flag on the wall was a modified Reichskriegsflagge with a wolfsangel in the center instead of the swastika. It was also slightly inaccurate in that the thickness of the black bars didn't match either the 1935-38 flag nor the 1938-45 flag, etc. Why do I know these stupid things... As always, thanks Dak and an extra special thanks for the shoutout!
