y'all found one of the many Heritage Moments that scared the shit out of me growing up as a traumatised lil refugee in Canada, v happy to report that as an adult I have outgrown my fear of exploding cargo ships

Man this is hilarious, probably only maybe the fifth total episode I've listened to y'all and Tom has talked about his prostate in probably 4 of those 5.

I hate to side with Brett but I gotta do it to ya. Croesus of Lydia was renowned for his wealth. Rich as Croesus is a saying

The bit about the Halifax Explosion was neat to hear as a Haligonian. We named one of the harbour ferries (awesome method of public transportation, btw) after him in his honour.

I'm on T and I also find it harder to cry than it used to be; I think it's an effect of T that might only happen in HRT, as most cismen I know also don't struggle to cry at all, but the thing is I don't think it's the testosterone, it's the adjacent hormones that develop, like progesterone, which might be causing it. I'm not a doctor though, just a transman.

Someone should lobby for first amendment sanctuary status, "because #1 is better than #2"
