The latest version of vamstory is not compatible with the old version. I mistakenly thought it was caused by the old version of vam. But I still suggest that everyone update vam to the new version to avoid unscrupulous people deleting your vam resources!
Hey, this one’s pretty straightforward—I just wanted to ask if you’re running the latest VAM version. I’m planning to use the newest VamStory to build a UI, and it needs VAM 1.22.0.13. So I figured I’d ask for your take on it!

2025-11-08 04:49:01 +0000 UTCIn fact, I highly recommend upgrading to the latest version. At least I can use the latest plugins of all kinds and reduce bugs. The voting situation is almost 8:2. Maybe I won't consider the compatibility of lower versions anymore - please forgive me!

If you aren't you are subject to a security breach where a single .var/script could wipe your entire VAM addon and content folder. This was found and patched in the recent version because some old creators and salty people were getting their stuff leaked and figured out a script to delete your file and no, they are not recoverable unless you made a backup.
