People change, and I did warn several times that he will go native. As for him being horny, he is the Son of Poseidon, arguably the horniest god in Greek Pantheon. People like to make fun of Zeus but Poseidon is even more freaky. It is strange to read because we are used to Percy Jackson from the children's book. This is not a children's book and Percy is a grown man now and has experienced what being with a woman is like and decided he really likes it.

2024-12-15 01:09:52 +0000 UTCWylla's fate is to be married off to some noble. Maybe Wyman had some hope he can have her marry Robb but he's already betrothed to a Frey. Sansa simply implied to Wyman that a child of Percy and Wylla could potentially be fostered and later betrothed into the Manderly line. Wyman had seen first hand what people like Percy could do and the mere chance his family could gain a fraction of such power had him easily agreeing. It does help that Wylla was all for it from day one. Besides, none had helped Sansa more than the Manderlys and it would be natural for her to reward her supporters. Percy claiming the Weirwoods has a deeper meaning that I alluded to when he popped in Winterfell to save the castle. More will be explained but the North was not originally welcoming to Percy. Recall that when he first stepped in White Harbor, he was nearly driven insane by the countless whispers of spirits and ghosts in his mind. By claiming the Weirwoods, he is basically formalizing his new position as a Northman and the land itself reciprocates. He gets the special treatment because he's the special one
